About me
Hello ☺️ My name is Jiho Kim, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Georgia Institute of Technology 🐝 in ECE. I find myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of the Sharc Lab 🦈 advised by Professor Cong (Callie) Hao. My research interests lie at the intersection of the software and hardware stack, where I am currently focusing on 2.5D/3D chiplet systems.My work is currently supported through the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship (QIF) and the SK Hynix Global Fellowship.
